When I was 52, I went through a divorce—what they call a "gray divorce." After 30 years of marriage, my whole world felt flipped upside down. It was one of the hardest things I’ve ever been through.

During those dark days, meditation became my lifeline. It helped me focus, relax, and get through the emotional rollercoaster. Looking back, I truly believe meditation was a huge part of what kept me going.
At first, I wanted to help other women going through gray divorce because I knew how painful it was. But then I realized—divorce is tough for men too. It doesn’t matter who you are; ending a marriage takes an emotional toll. That’s what pushed me to get certified in meditation—to help others find the same peace and clarity that helped me.
